Basic technology of food product 6: Fruit juice

This time we do the fruit juice for pineapple. First time trying in fact as normally I am only used to Orange juice or Aloe Vera juice.

And again I wasn't 100% into the lab work as the communication problem are still around. But as a food technology student what I can do is try to help on the calculations parts for the ingredients to be use and also some of the techniques for testing.

Now I am even lazy to take the photo. Basically this is the raw material we used.

After peeling, chopping, extract the juice, add in the water, citric acid, salt sugar.. then heat the mixture.. boil it then lastly come to here to put into the bottle..

This time we fill it with the glass bottle and also plastic bottle.. A little different of keeping it..

But I like the glass bottle more. Miss those glass bottle beverage. haha..
