basic technology of food product 7: meat ball

Basic technology of food product, this is the last few week product but I am just kinda lazy to update it.

Main ingredient: sure is frozen meat lo.. 

this time we do on the chicken, because we have Muslim in the class, which is my friend, As and Wani, but after that they only realize, they can only touch it but cant eat it still.. so I get to eat extra.. hahaha

Firstly to slice it into smaller size

After that, enter the bowl chopper here

while spinning we have to put along the ice cube also as to 

maintain the meat temperature below 5 degree Celsius, other ingredient have to put in also... I guess..>.<

then put into this machine for kneading

after 10 minutes only stop.

then shape the meat in to ball

put it into boiling water..

dry it 

pack it and go back eat it..
