Vietnam Trip Day 1

I am a bit lazy to tell about the trip so just let the pictures tell you the story. =D

*I am even lazy to take photos so these were just some i take when I felt like to click it. 

Most of the time I think I am in Hibernated mode. The purpose of this trip is just like for me to take a different country air for a breath from the home which somehow I couldn't take it anymore. 

Experiment proven that it helps to refresh my mind to back home and continue with all the task again. =D

Day 1: 

War Remnants Museum: 

Basically the name of the place already tell you about the museum, a museum which tells you about the Vietnam war time ranges about 1965-1968 ( i don't remember exactly la). About how the people before, and after, how the American come and destroy their country, the side effects after too much exposure of dioxide, the bomb, the vehicles, the peoples in the country and the ones who helped.

Reunification Palace:

It is the place the old president stayed. With 99 rooms, 3 maps room which they discuss on how the war should attack and protest, 2 underground floor for hiding, 1 top for helicopters to land, a lot of meeting room, dining rooms, bed rooms and so on and so forth.. I am just busy following the tour guides along with the Korean International School kids from Jakarta so just view and save the place in my brain. XD.

Holiday Week 4: Daddy's Eyes Operation and Vietnam Trip

It is almost a month I back to home for holiday.. The holiday are too long until all the uncle auntie saw me and re-confirm with me again whether I am in a holiday. Until one day, I saw an old friend, I joked to him that I am being kicked out by the University. LOL.

Okay, It has been the fourth week in the house and I finally got a break to leave home for vacation. But yet before leaving that day, Daddy gotta do for his eyes' operation. Which means that I have woke up early in the morning to send him to the hospital (and for sure after that I continued to sleep la). 

Basically my holiday now is occupied with time to sleep, time to massage, time to arrange the house and time to become driver. 

Vietnam Trip was planned one year earlier when I am still in Thailand for student exchange, which ranged from July 25th to 28th. The place visited was the War Museum, Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, General Post Office, Mekong River, Cao Dai Temple and Cu Chi Tunnels. Stayed in a 3 stars hotel along the period in the Most Popular District for tourist in Ho Chi Minh City (the District 1). But time is not aloud me to visit the District 5 there. A place well known for the China Town in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. 

Overall, I have spend for the trip about RM750 for the four days three nights trip. And the details for the trip i shall upload it again later. =D  

Holiday Week 3: Zhi Hong's Return

One of my secondary school sister, Zhi Hong a.k.a Fatty is finally return back to visit us in Melaka since Thursday until now.

So how is my third week holiday passed as it is now Sunday again? Let me think back...

On the July 16th, Monday, just right after Ms Sue Anne told me that she wish to go to Sarawak for vacations (As it is one of the destination I wanted to go also) and just at the time I saw the Air Asia fair come again start on the day and the timing were just right, so early in the morning I brought the laptop to downstairs and learn the process of booking the flight by my own. After that, my cousin, Juliana Wong happened to come also as the mother asked her to learn the process too. As so, I got the chance to revised again on how to make it. =D

July 17th, Tuesday, The provisional result should be announce on today, but it happened that on the Monday we already can checked it by using SMS method. Not much to talk about yet as the all "lulus" are considered still on my hand. (Will sure cry if one day I get a * behind it >.<, which means the partially failed result) Anyway, I should still feel glad with the result of all pass. And praying hard for the real result coming next after I my trip to Vietnam.

July 18th, Wednesday, If I am not mistaken, I have gone to town with daddy for lots of stuff to do. Ate my dad's favorite "Hainan Curry Rice" as Lunch. Hang here and there to settle the stuffs. One new outcome is the first time with daddy to go search for how to make an inscribed board ( 牌匾 ) for his niece a.k.a my far cousin for new Chinese Medicine Shop opening in Cheng, Melaka. Finally the calligraphy is written by my dads' friend (another Chinese Physician which have a part time job like that or maybe his hobby) and see hows the frame is made.

July 19th, Thursday, Now is the main topic for the week which is Zhi Hong's Return after "four" years left the place and the people. At first I afraid that I would be busy for the days, but now I guess he had seen me more than enough (or sort of Felt like to kick me off now.. wakaka). Acted as the driver to take him from the Melaka Sentral as Andrew house's car was send to the workshop for repair. Then had a dinner with them outside my house. At the night, had a gathering with some buddies. Andrew, Zhi Hong, Jun Xin, Woei Dyi, Wee Swan and his sister. We talked a lot, the past and the happenings. Felt as though back to the old times when we always be together. And I back home late. (Not as late as previously the 2-3am but I really hate the home calling at 12am. It never happened before on me and this definitely no fun at all!)

July 20th, Friday, Woke up early in the morning called by Dad to fetch him to the hospital (Actually is he drive me there and my job is to bring the car back). Sleep back after I back home until he called again to send him back. Adrina and Sock Ting is out also for Fatty's return (in short form, lazy to type the name again and again). This time I "curi-curi" went out in the afternoon to meet with them. Skip the movie as I knew that it would be too over for me to do that on the working hour. So just steal the time to take a meal with them in Sushi King. After reach home, Daddy told that the board is ready and to be taken on Saturday. Told daddy that I will be out again on the Saturday Evening. *Cut my finger when helping out my mum in the kitchen. >.<

July 21st, Saturday, went to town again to take the board ordered and settle other stuff plus take the board to give first before Sunday opening. At the night, went out again for gatherings for Fatty. Go to Satay Celup Ban Lee Siang by Andrew's car, but unfortunately the gear happened to have something wrong, so ended up back home again and I have to drive out. Fortunately everyone safety back home on that day. Had fun with the old buddies teasing one another like we used to.
As I have to admit, the approximately five years have really change all of us. And yet, there is still some part that we do share together, The Memories that we had. To mark another thing: Ranjeni is BACK too!!! I had broken promised with daddy to back home before 11pm to massage for him because of this.. Haha, What a BAD GIRL?? Anyway I get to back home at 12am but daddy have fallen asleep. Online until 1am and try to sleep but Dont know why keep I awake by the hot weather on that day or maybe due to the Satay Celup. So ended up I only sleep at 5am!

But today, July 22nd, I thought that I will be most free compared to other day. But ended up, I woke up at 9am by dad as to massage for him. Then mum called him down. He ask me to brush teeth but ended up I sleep again. Until 20 minutes later, He come up again and continue to massage only I awake. Go down shop help for a while and prepare to go for the shop opening. After that, went to Tesco at Cheng as it is just opposite. But daddy's leg start to pain again, so me this four-hours ghost have no choice but to drive them back home. Luckily enough, Safety reach home again. Then estimate for the time to go out find the old buddies but then due to some reason I am still here. After time to massage and then massage again by daddy. And now continue my drama before time to go to sleep. Haha.

One week report done. LOL.

One thing to complain: Daddy almost every morning wake me up to massage until I forced to awake earlier. Made the matter worst as the time is really not enough for me yet. Or I shall really sleep earlier? @@

Anyway, some notes on the following week awaited long. Monday nothing but Andrew is back to Singapore >.< and then Tuesday have to really wake up early in the morning to sent daddy to the hospital for operation. And maybe will be busy for the whole day. AND after that, Wednesday I will be leaving home to VIETNAM!!! and will be unavailable until Sunday or Monday. =D

     

Holiday week 2: Lonely but not boring holiday =D

I am exhausted to go for a Karaoke sessions but I am now left behind by all my friends as they are all busy with their working or internship or holiday or activities. Everyone is busy now. >.< That's why I am lonely here. Remind me and singing the song " Lonely~~~ I am so Lonely~~ I have no body~~ to call my own~~ ohhhhhh owwwwww" Hahaha... 

Anyway, my holiday aren't as bad and boring as I thought I would be. After Thursday Jia Yi and her friend back home, Saturday Night I am invited by sister to go for the Astro Star Quest 2012. At first we sat at the very back but after the event started we get to sit in front, so the view is no bad, although still have to look at the big screen but at least the sound effects were awesome if compare to sitting in front of TV to see the life shows. 

Then Sunday, half day working, after that 1pm my time again, so promised YongWei to go for a yamcha session, go to Malacca Town for Nadeje's Thousand Layers Cake, ate a different favor chose by him due to the queue too long already. But wait the cake too long, after it come, the delicious look food straight away destroyed by me. 

But I get to shoot the photo for my Cappuccino hot drink and pity two of us sat beside the toilet. (the only two person seat which is available.. >.< 

and the situation is really like photo posted by them in the Facebook, and I just realize the shop have already extended to two. (Never see it before.. XD) but both also fully occupied.

totally different compared to Tuesday, where I can slowly choose my cake, sit the big space that is available although it is only 3 of us there. Haha..   

Talk Talk talk.. the time is over... Promised my dad to reach home before 4pm. But ended up I back at around 6pm. XD.. Promise is meant to be broken?? Hahahaha.. 

Oh yeah, I have changed Vietnam Dong already!! 

Next is to look into details my journey!! Wish me luck for the flight 10 days later!!! Muahahahaha

Holiday week 2: Melaka Trip

The second week is finishing soon. Used to my characters now at home. To do what should be done. To keep the mouth shut when it is not the time to talk. To kindly suite myself in the house again.

Last week, Jia Yi told me that she wan to come over to Melaka to lepak for one or two days. So, I am busy to do my homework for "What to EAT" in Melaka. As for the main reason she come to here and me as the tour guide. 

So, to make it short, we go for "Wok & Pan" Nyonya western food restaurant for the Pork Chop, Nadeje's Thousand Layers Cake on Day 1. After that, the second day, they have the Chicken Rice Ball on their own. and "Yu Jiao Mian" at Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock as their late lunch, after that go to Klebang Besar for the Coconut Shake, Dinner at near My house the Pasar Malam on Wednesday, try out the Nyonya Kuih, Mee Siam, Pie Tie, Popiah, Egg Tarts and so on as their dinner, Satay Celup as the supper, and after finish the "makan tasks" for the day, we go for Aeon for a movie "Painted Skin" for the midnight. Too tired until the journey back I see the Green light blinking, and imagine it as the Heart beats. Scary but it worth to watch la. To real that why it become scary and yet it creates people interests to open the eyes big to watch until the end. Last day (today), Duck mee at near my house for breakfast. and then end the story of makan. 

Still a lot of places miss out. But I guess it is more than enough because I dont know how many kilograms I had gained from this few days food. >.<

After eating breakfast, send Jia Yi and her friend to Bus terminal, continue help to work. (to act like a good girl) then in the afternoon after massage for daddy, I go upstairs and sleep like a pig. For dont know how long.. Hiak hiak.. 

And now, finished a task. A finishing line also telling the starting line for another. So its time for me to plan for my trips now. =D Hope the timing that set for this time will have the balance between my entertainments and also for my family. Perhaps, time to back home really rare, and I estimated this to be my last long semester break home. As the next time, I would like to find some job to do as my pocket money is reducing each semester. XD

Holiday Week 1

Two months holiday (29/6/12-30/8/12) for me. Now the first week has gone. And for me is like already a month at here because too long never stay at home.

This time, I have promised my parents to help in the shop during the holiday, except for the time I will be away for travelling. Life can't look back, I realized that I am really getting old already, as for the age of my sister now, which few years for me to go, everyone among your friends will be start to work, start to have your life partner. If I am imagining where I would be in five years time, I hope that I am either continuing with my master degree or else will be start the working life which I can hardly imagine until my internship next year  maybe I can try to figure it out. But just feel like to go with master degree and above. =D

So what I did for this week? 

Be a worker in the shop to help to weigh the Chinese medicine, help to remember and to cook medicine; be a driver for my mum to send things (particularly for my mum because others know how to drive except for dad his leg is injured now. but if he come with me, still he will be the driver.. >.<); be a cleaner to wash the plates, mop the floor, wash the car and so on. Being the most "free" one among other members in the house, this is what basically I done during this break. Can you imagine?? seems very easy but still a lot to do.. @@..

so long never drive hers until the feeling so weird today to drive it.. 

Oh ya, another holiday plan is to jog every morning, morning time is because it is the only time my parents won't blame me of taking the car and also go out. =D and jog is because stamina have to be train from time to time to avoid severe injured in the half marathon running. (21km, I am preparing for you!!!) 

Any way, for the first week report, I went to first jog in the morning on Sunday accompany and awaken by Chian Yit, haha, the day earlier he said he afraid he cannot wake up ask me to give morning call, but ended up is I wait until his message come only I awake.. =P But a good start for the morning jog.. Muahahaha.. And the first day we went to Stadium Tun Fatimah, along the way, we saw a field full with the "tiang" and keep argue what is that for... 

A weird scene for us, 

there is people bring their bird nest and hang it there. 

Reason?? Unknown. 

But we both think that is for competition. 

But don't know what kind of it. =D

The morning jog story continue with Elizabeth, Monday cancel due to night before got Euro Cup (she want to watch) then jog on Tuesday and Wednesday, stop on Thursday due to I fall sick (suddenly have a flu), Friday I woke up early to go fetch my sis with her boyfriend at Bus Terminal and plan to go jog after that, but too bad it is raining and my mum warn me for that. >.< Saturday and today off because of my cousin wedding ( this shows how much of excuses can be give lol)

Be a multitask worker, I have help to settle with the box also..

and another crazy scene I meet in the shop is, got a auntie very fashionable, she brought an Ipad to the shop to show me the medicine ingredients she wants and left it for me to weigh.. @@...

Yesterday (7/7/12) is my cousin's wedding. Busy for a few day in and out. The only things good for me is I dont really need to prepare the clothes. My sister prepared them for me.. hiak hiak...

Anyway craving for some alcohols, so drank some red wine. 

I swear! I never got drunk...

Lazy to update and no idea what to write but any way Congratulations to my big cousin. =D

Now can you imagine how come my one week break feels like one month?? XD
